The inscription '1940-1941' is also displayed, signifying the period of the Greco-Italian War. The reverse side portrays the Greek Royal Crown, encircled by a laurel wreath, a classical symbol of victory.

By doing so, the medals are given proper recognition and are displayed in a neat and organized fashion.
