This means there will be a slightly longer than usual processing time on picking and packing your order, but rest assured your order is in the queue. Australia Post has also highlighted service delays due to demand and the conditions we are all operating in.

During this time, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery and up to 6 weeks for Medal orders.

While most orders will arrive earlier than 2 weeks, so we want to be upfront about what to expect as these delays are currently not within our control.
